Pages are form sections that users see one at a time when they start and move through the form. The Page components are used to build these form sections. Page is a container for other form components, any component from the Toolbox panel can be added to a Page

Adding a Page

To add a Page:

  1. Open your form in the Visual Designer

  2. Click on Manage pages icon in the top right corner of the Display panel to open the Manage Pages Editor



  3. The Editor window will display existing pages in the "Form Pages" column on the right and Page types that you can add in the "Available Pages" on the left.




  4. Drag the New Page object over to the Form Pages column and drop it where you want it to be placed - it could be anywhere between the Start Page and the Submission Page.

  5. Give the page a name.

  6. Click the Save button to save and close the Editor.


If you deleted the Completed Page it will appear under "Available Page Types", you can add it again. You can drop Completed Page only after Submission Page.

Rearranging Pages

To change the order of the pages:

  1. Open your form in the Visual Designer. 

  2. Click on Manage Pages icon in the top right corner of the Display panel to open the Manage Pages Editor.   

  3. In the Editor drag and drop the box representing the page you want to shift inside the Form Pages column between the Start Page and the Submission Page
  4. Click the Save button to save and close the Editor.

Deleting a Page

To delete a Page:

  1. Open your form in the Visual Designer. 

  2. Find the page you want to delete in the drop-down list at the top of the Display panel labelled "Item selected" and click on it to load the page into the Display panel. If the page is already shown in the Display panel, make sure that the Page component is selected by double-checking the Properties Panel and that only Form → Page is displayed in the Navigation bar above the Properties Panel. 



  3. Click Delete this component icon (red rubbish bin) at the top of the Properties panel . You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete this component and all items inside it. 

  4. Click "Confirm" if you are sure you want to delete the page and all the components it contains. The page will be deleted and the Visual Designer will be placed in the Form mode, "Item selected" drop-down list shows "Form" and Properties Panel displays form-level properties.

    You have time to restore the deleted page till you made other changes and clicked Save button. If you want to restore the page click Restore deleted component icon that will appear at the top of Properties panel. If you missed this chance to restore the deleted page, and you haven't committed your changes yet, close the Visual Designer and restart it from the Committed version.
